Pixie improves Student Achievement – In an independent, peer-reviewed study, Pixie use was found to increase student achievement. The SEG Measurement study found that ‘on average, students in grades 3, 4 and 5 who used Pixie showed about a half year’s more growth in Reading Comprehension and Mathematics than their peers who did not use Pixie.’ The average time of use per week was between 1-2 hours which is pretty reasonable.
